WHO: Who is responsible, and in charge, and who has more information.

Note: If you have any clear photos of someone or something that involves your event, email it to us. It could even be of the event from the previous year.

Contact: Don’t forget to include your name and contact information so we can contact you with any questions.

Information that should also be included: Think about it this way. What information would help you find the event if you were new to the area? What would be the best way to describe the event to help you understand what the event is about?
