A Marlow woman was air-lifted to OU Medical Center in critical condition Wednesday, Jan. 31, after a collision on State Highway 76, 6 miles west of Elmore City in Garvin County.
Dallas Rose-Strutton, 53, of Marlow, suffered head injuries when her 2008 Nissan Pathfinder failed to stop at the sign at SH-76 and SH-29 intersection. Her SUV continued north through the intersection and struck an embankment on the north side of SH-29.
Seatbelts were in use, according to investigating Trooper Chris Earnhart. The weather was clear and the road surface was dry. Earnhart was assisted at the scene by Elmore City and Pernell Fire.w .Departments. Survival Flight transported her to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
