The Chickasha Police Department is now offering sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 for certified applicants who join the force.
 The department’s Facebook page indicates that non-certified applicants who are hired are eligible for up to a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation, sick leave, personal days, and paid training. Uniforms and equipment are provided and there is college tuition reimbursement assistance.
