Chester Tommie Fisher, 73, of Anadarko, OK, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on October 30, 2024. Tommie was born August 9, 1951, to Chester Taylor & Gladys Louise (Smith) Fisher in Fort Cobb, OK.

Tommie grew up and graduated from Fort Cobb School in 1969. He married Mary Ann Meeks on September 21, 1973. They had two daughters, Christi McPherson and Cathy Kochenower. Tommie and Mary moved to Anadarko in 1985 where he worked for Hollytex Carpet Mills for 30 years. He then went to work for Wal-Mart for 20 years, where he retired from. Tommie loved fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Fisher, of the home; daughters Christi McPherson, and Cathy Kochenower and husband Vincent; Shelly Buckley and husband Daniel, his grandchildren William McPherson, Jr., Tomi Gordon, Misty Gordon, Levi Buckley, Daniel Buckley, Tyler Buckley, Richard Buckley, and Andy Buckley, nine great-grandchildren, his brother Ronnie Fisher & wife, Cissie, Newcastle, OK and sister Peggy Blood, OKC, OK. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Tommie was preceded in death by his parents Chester & Gladys Fisher, granddaughter Ashley McPherson; Sister; Barbara Oheltoint and nephew; Kenny Blood.
