A Norman woman was killed in a pedestrian-vehicle collision Sunday, Oct. 6, on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike about 7 miles east of Fletcher in Caddo County.
The pedestrian, Kreshardra Willhoite, 46, was pronounced deceased at the scene with head, trunk internal and external injuries. She was transported by Asbury Mortuary to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Oklahoma City.
Wallace C. Clay, 50, of Owasso, was the uninjured driver of the 2023 Chevy Malibu that struck Willhoite.
The circumstances leading up to the incident are still under investigation by Trooper Ryan Hayes of the Traffic Homicide Unit of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
