Chickasha fans of the Hugo, OK,-based Culpepper & Merriweather Circus can enjoy the show again in nearby Marlow Thursday, Sept. 26, at Eddie Palmer Park. Circus-goers can choose between shows at 5 and 7:30 p.m.
The park is at 1113 N. 9th St.
The circus tent will be raised at 9:30 a.m. There will also be a tour, allowing attendees to get a behind-the-scenes look, learning about the animals and about road life.
The midway opens at 4 p.m. There will be pony rides, a moon bounce, a giant slide and concessions.
The acts participating in the event will be the Big Cats, Aerialist Extraordinaire Simone, 10th generation Loyal Bareback Horse Riders, the Perez Daredevil Duo, Elizabeth Ayala and the Circus Clown Leo Action.
Tickets for adults are $13 in advance and $15 at the box office. Tickets for children and seniors are $8 in advance and $9 at the box office. Advance tickets can be purchased online at https://cm-circus.square.site/.
