Nancy Ellen (Eaton) Booth was born on December 3, 1934, in Paden, Oklahoma to Braxton Eaton and Etta Mae Davis. Nancy passed from this life on August 31, 2024, surrounded by her loving husband, children, and grandchildren in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.


Nancy married the love of her life James C. Booth on August 7, 1954, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Nancy loved her church, her family, and her music. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, sister, and brother-in-law. Together, they traveled all over the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Nancy enjoyed playing their music all over the United States and they were inducted into the Old Time Country Music Hall of Fame. Mrs. Booth was runner-up in the Mrs. Sr. Oklahoma Pageant. She attended the Church of Christ in Blanchard, Oklahoma, and spent her career in roles as a ten-key operator and Real Estate Agent/Broker.


Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Braxton and Etta Mae (Davis) Eaton; Brothers, Charlie Eaton, Marion Eaton, Lesley Eaton, Roy Eaton, Bill Eaton; Sisters, Mamie Hayes, Lois White, Ruby Carpenter, and Betty Irick.


Nancy is survived by her husband, James Clovis Booth; Son, James Daniel (Danny) Booth and wife Kim; Daughters, Genise Faye Offolter and husband Landy, Denise Kay Scales and husband Lonny; Sister, Vera Lu Dukes; eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.


Services for Nancy will be Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Christ in Blanchard, Oklahoma with Buster Sides officiating. Interment will follow immediately at Dibble Cemetery in Dibble, Oklahoma. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 4, 2024, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home of Wynnewood, Oklahoma.
