Street & Greet to help launch new year at USAO

To celebrate the beginning of the 2024 school year, the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma will host Street & Greet in downtown Chickasha from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Aug. 29. This free event is open for the public to join USAO students, staff faculty alumni and friends in the festivities on Chickasha Ave. between 2nd and 3rd Streets.
This year’s Street & Greet promises an exciting array of entertainment for all ages, including food trucks, local vendors, live music, community resources and special events at USAO’s Art Wrecker Studio. There are still spots available for vendors to register for a free booth.
“We are thrilled to once again bring Street & Greet to downtown Chickasha,” said Annie Roberts, student life and housing coordinator. “This event is a wonderful opportunity for our university community to connect with the wider Chickasha community. We have something for everyone and look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones.”
For more information and to register as a vendor, fill out the vendor registration form or contact Roberts at 405-574-1378 or aroberts@usao.edu.
