Cameron University announced they have raised the tuition rates for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year. Undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees are going to be increased by $6.50 for every credit hour.
Graduate tuition and mandatory fees are also going to increase to $7 per credit hour. For online Master of Business Administration and Master of Organizational Leadership programs, tuition rates will now be $7 per credit hour.
Cameron is also eliminating a $10 per credit hour academic services fee.
Cameron President John McArthur said that although they will continue to implement efficiency and cost-cutting measures whenever possible, they are also “faced with the necessity of increasing tuition for the coming academic year to provide the consistently student-centered learning experiences that our students need and deserve.”
According to McArthur, they will also increase financial aid for Cameron students.
Here the tuition rates for the upcoming 2024-25 year:
For Oklahoma students, the undergraduate tuition will be $180.50 per credit hour. For non-residents, there will be an additional $314. Undergraduate guaranteed tuition for Oklahoma residents will be $207.
Graduate tuition will be $223 for Oklahoma residents and $373 for non-residents.
MBA/MSOL online tuition will be $345 per credit hour for Oklahoma residents, and for non-residents, will be an additional $105.
Mandatory fees are $56 per credit hour.
These rates were approved last week by the University of Oklahoma’s, Cameron’s and Rogers University’s Board of Regents.
These rates are going to be considered for final approval on June 27 by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
