A deadly accident report was published last week in the Washita Valley Community News and the driver of the vehicle was not named and the report was that the incident was still under investigation.
 An update on the report lists Justin C. Milford, 35, of Cyril,as the driver and says he was not injured.  
 The accident occured on Saturday, September 9 at approximately 10:45 pm on US-281, just a ½ mile south of County Street 2670, ½ mile north of Anadarko.
 Billie J. Butler, 35, of Oklahoma City, OK. was a passenger in a 2003 Chevy Tahoe and pronounced deceased on scene by Anadarko EMS. She was transported to the Medical Examiner Office in Oklahoma City, OK.
 The highway and the county street were closed for 3 hours and 42 minutes while the accident was being Investigated by Trooper Ryan Hayes #282 of the Traffic Homicide Unit. Assisted by Trooper Steven Mitchell #673 of Troop G, Trooper Eric Burchett #346 of Troop G, Anadarko EMS, Anadarko Police Department, Caddo County Sheriff’s Office, and Medical Examiners Office.
