Demolition of the former Fisherman’s Seafood and Bar in the 500 block of Grand Avenue is making way for a new Roasters’ Market Convenience Store and coffee shop. The new build will be the second location for Lawson Retail Properties out of Ada, OK.
Roaster’s Market, named for two kinds of roasts: high quality coffee and rotisserie chicken has had great success in Ada and looking forward to serving Chickasha and area residents. Hip music, exceptional customer service, cleanliness, friendly faces, touchscreen order tablets, warm coffee aromas, and flavorful, health forward food offerings will defy individuals perception of a convenience store, said Mike Lawson, owner.
The Roasters destination has been formed by years of research, travel, and samples of industry leading concepts on the East Coast, in which the perfect blend of a convenience store experience was contrived. Lawson has been in the fuel industry since 1996 with Danielson Fuel Services, a company that has serviced convenience stores in the South Central United States since 1975. Over the course of Mike’s more than 20 years of experience, he was in and out of convenience stores daily to pick the best of service designs..
“We’re not your average convenience store, “ said Lawson. “So, come see us! Drive through, order online, or dine inside. We look forward to serving you in Chickasha.”
