Joseph Shaw, Chickasha High School senior was recently selected to receive a six hundred dollar scholarship from the Delta Kappa Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha International. Joseph is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Jason Shaw of Chickasha.
Joseph’s application was selected based on his academics, community involvement, and his citizenship and leadership skills. As well as his essay entitled what is “The definition of an Outstanding Individual”.
The Norman chapter, Delta Kappa, has been awarding two scholarships each year since 1960, to outstanding junior and senior high students in the Norman and surrounding communities.
Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA) is a Philanthropic Sorority founded in 1929, one of whose goals are to help students further or complete their education.

Outstanding senior and junior high student applications will open up in September and are due by February 1, 2022.
