Farmers to Families free food boxes will be distributed this Saturday, February 20 beginning at 11 am.
The drive-thru event will be held at Michigan Avenue Baptist Church, 728 W Michigan Avenue in Chickasha.
The distribution is open to all residents of Grady County and will last until the approximately 1500 boxes of fresh food is given out. The boxes contain dairy, protein and produce.
The event is a contactless delivery. Recipients will remain in their vehicle while volunteers load the boxes in the car.
Those who wish to receive the boxes are asked to follow signs and directions and to not block driveways and intersections at the site.
