Chickasha Lighted Christmas Parade lines up

Despite the fact that many events around the area are being cancelled due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, the annual lighted Christmas Parade in Downtown Chickasha is scheduled to happen.
The parade will begin at 7:00 pm on Saturday, December 5th.
It is, in fact, the most wonderful time of the year and the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce wants the tradition to continue. With hundreds of attendees, the parade showcases around 40 floats from businesses and community groups in and around Chickasha each year.
Sugar and spice will be the theme this year as businesses in Chickasha compete with visions of Christmas Treats dancing in their heads. This is a sweet competition so businesses and organizations should be gathering your icing, sprinkles and cookies as the community welcomes Christmas into Chickasha.
Immediately following the parade, The Imaginaries will be providing a free for all ages Christmas Concert at 1st and Chickasha Avenue near the Depot
