Kimberly “Kim” Ann Heddlesten

Kimberly “Kim” Ann Heddlesten was born to Gary Dean Heddlesten and Sandra Jean (Vance) Heddlesten on July 17, 1979, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She passed from this life too soon on October 30, 2024, at the age of 45.

Kim was a Christian. She loved gospel music and she was always praising the Lord. Kim spent her younger years in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She then moved to Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, where she lived the last 20 years of her life.

Kim was a woman of many interests and talents. She loved painting and watching TV and movies with her family. The family was extremely important to Kim. She dedicated her life to caring for her children and grandchildren. Kim also found great joy in spending time outdoors with her special friend and companion, Harley. They spent many hours hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, and just enjoying nature. Kim was most at peace when she was outside in the beautiful world.

Kim is survived by her mother, Sandy Heddlesten of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; her son, Kameron Hughes and wife LaNisha of Carnegie, Oklahoma; her daughters, Kaitlyn Peek of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, and Kassidy Hughes and fiancé Adam Opitz of Weatherford, Oklahoma; her companion, Harley Houston, of the home; her brothers, Dewayne McGhghy and wife Candy of Anadarko, Oklahoma, David McGhghy and wife Yolanda of Elgin, Oklahoma, and Quinton Heddlesten and wife Cynthia of Kansas City, Kansas; her sister, Kelli Heddlesten and companion Erin Doyeto of Chickasha, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Kennedy, Kyla, Kyrah, and Kayson, and many other beloved relatives and friends.

Kim is preceded in death by her father, Gary Heddlesten, and her brother Jon Heddlesten.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fort Cobb Funeral Home in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma
