Sylvia Aline (Jones) Totherow was born May 25, 1951, in Roswell, New Mexico to Herman Otto and Aline (Thompson) Jones. Sylvia went to Heaven, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by family on October 26, 2024. Sylvia was the oldest and had 3 younger sisters; Laverne, Vickie, and Terry. Sylvia grew up in Phoenix, Arizona with her parents and younger sisters. She met Daniel Totherow while living in Phoenix and they were married on August 3, 1967. During their marriage they had 2 children; Jason Ronald and Janette Fawlene. Before the birth of their 1st child, Sylvia and Daniel moved from Arizona to Oklahoma, Sylvia called Anadarko, Oklahoma her home for more than 50 years and worked as a lunch lady for Anadarko Public Schools for more than 20 years. Sylvia loved animals, gardening, and rock n roll music, and she had a variety of television shows that she faithfully watched every week,

Sylvia was a beautiful soul who would do what she could for anyone.

Sylvia is survived by her children; Jason Totherow and wife Tina of Anadarko and Janette Totherow of Anadarko. 5 Grandsons; Justin Totherow and wife Kimberly of Chickasha, Jessee Vernoy and wife Dakota of Chickasha, William Deason and girlfriend Justine of Anadarko, Trace Totherow of Norman and Thomas Totherow of Anadarko. Sister; Terry Gregory and husband Darrell of Cordell, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents Herman and Aline Jones. Ex-husband; Daniel Totherow. Longtime partner; Craig. Sisters; Laverne Golden and Vickie Hacker and Grandson; Samual Vernoy.
