Billy Ray Campbell, 91, of Blanchard, went to meet his Lord and Savior on Friday, September 6, 2024, in Norman.  The son of Jesse Gay Campbell and Juanita Marie (Morris) Campbell, Bill was born on February 23, 1933, in Savanna, Oklahoma.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, September 13, 2024, at the Middleburg Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City.  Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard
