Brad Phariss


A memorial balloon release service for Brad Phariss, 48, of Chickasha, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Shannon Springs Park in Chickasha, OK.
Brad was born May 5, 1975 to Alonzo (Lonnie) Phariss and Vanetta Bunch. He passed from this life, to be with the Lord, on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Surrounded by his loved ones.
Brad grew up in the Ninnekah area, where at a young age was saved in the First Baptist Church of Ninnekah. He went on to graduate from Ninnekah High School in 1993.
Brad was the most loving and caring person you could ever meet. He always made sure everyone around him was taken care of.
Brad loved to fish and loved going to the lake for a boat ride. He loved family cookouts, and going to watch his great niece and nephews play ball. And definitely loved his OU Sooners.
One of the happiest times in Brad’s life was when he met Kari and her children, they married and he was blessed with the family he always wanted. He loved them dearly forever and always.
Brad was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Phariss, his sister, Tonya Rodgers, his grandparents, Van and Betty Hunt, Betty Phariss, his Aunt Foylene, his Uncles, Ronnie and John Wayne Hunt, Uncles, David and Keith Phariss, and his cousin, Cole Hunt.
Loved ones left to remember Brad are his children Robert Henderson and Hailey Taylor of the home, David Henderson of Kentucky. His parents, Vanetta and Lonnie Bunch of Norge, Lois Phariss of Chickasha, sister and brother-in-law Shelly and Jeff McConnell of Ninnekah, sister and brother-in-law Missie and Dennis Keef of Pocasset. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many more extended family and friends.
