Alvin Michael Thomas, 65, was born Thursday, April 10, 1958 in Fort Sill, to Paul and Sarah (Eddings) Thomas. He passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Rush Springs.
 No services are planned at this time. Cremation and all arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services.
 He lived in the Grady County area for more than 30 years.
 Alvin married Tonya Suzanne Rose Thomas, June 14, 2002, in Chickasha. They celebrated more than 21 years of marriage together at the time of his passing.
 Alvin enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, repairing small engines, and attending church. He also enjoyed being outdoors gardening and planting flowers. He loved his family the most and never passed up the opportunity to spend time with them.
 Alvin leaves behind his wife, Tonya of the home, son, Michael Thomas of IL, 2 daughters, Jolene Thomas of IL, daughter, Jamie Rose and husband Dub of Marlow, 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brother, Chuck Thomas and wife Lisa of Marlow, 2 sisters, Paula Caddo and husband Michael of Chickasha, and Louise of IN, and numerous nieces and nephews.
 He was preceded in death by his son, Kenney and his parents.
