Joseph Levi Edwards was born February 14, 1959, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Gilbert Russell and Muriel (Weathers) Edwards. Joseph, 63 of Anadarko, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, at his home in Anadarko.
 He was a proud member of the Caddo Tribe.
