Laveta Kay Black Loveless was born January 12, 1970, in Bakersfield, California, to Wayne and Veta Robinson. In 1971, Laveta and family moved to Chickasha, Oklahoma, where Laveta lived until her passing on January 12, 2022. She was 52 years old.
Graveside service for Laveta of Chickasha, were held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Fairlawn Cemetery.
Laveta attended Chickasha Public Schools and worked as a care giver in nursing homes for many years. Laveta had a heart of gold and enjoyed helping others including her family, friends and strangers. Laveta touched the lives of many people, had many friends and family members who describe her as an amazing person with a big heart and fun personality.
Laveta enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and spent the last 20 years with the love of her life and husband, Johnny Ray Loveless. Laveta enjoyed cooking with her sister, morning coffee with her mom, playing with her dog, Abigail, and swimming in her pool.
Laveta is survived by her mother Veta Pearl Robinson, of Chickasha, husband Johnny Ray Loveless, of the home, children: Samantha Solano and spouse Josh Solano of Chickasha, Sabrina Littleton and spouse Jeremy Littleton of Chickasha, Anthony Black of Chickasha, and Lacie Newton Loveless of Chickasha,
10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, brother Eddie Robinson and spouse Laurel Robinson of Ninnekah, sister Stacy Lewis and spouse Tom E. Lewis of Ninnekah, father of children, Kenneth Black, Jr., of Oklahoma City, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Laveta was preceded in death by her grandparents, father Wayne Robinson, brother Johnny Robinson, and grandson Joshua Cruz Solano.
Services are under direction of McRay Funeral Home.
