Michael Len Jones


 Michael Len Jones was born November 1, 1955 in Amber, Oklahoma to Charlie E. Jones and Lillie Mae (McConnell) Jones. He died Thursday, December 16, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
 Funeral Services for Michael Len Jones, 66, of Oklahoma City was held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in the Amber Mission Holiness Church located in Amber, Oklahoma with Vaughn Moore officiating.
 Michael grew up in Amber and attended Amber schools.
 In 1974, he married Ginger Moore and to this union three daughters Tammi, Cristi, and Jennifer were born and in 1993 he married Shelli Crawford and to this union his daughter Karli and son Christian were born.
 Michael was a hard worker and spent his life as a carpenter and roofer in home construction. In his younger years he built his family’s home. Michael was a very hard worker at any project he did. He got his GED later in life which he was very proud of.
 He never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his kids and grandkids. He loved his family deeply. Mike was always onery and the jokester in the room.
 He was preceded in death by his father Charlie Jones, a granddaughter Alexus Domebo, brother Vernon Lee Jones and nephew James Rice.
 Survivors include his mom Lillie Mae Jones of Amber, daughters Tammi Jones of Lawton, Cristi Jones of Oklahoma City, Jennifer Jones of Blanchard, Karli Butler and husband Dalton of Ninnekah; and son Christian Crawford of Chickasha; sisters and brothers-in-law Elaine and Mike Brantley of Chickasha, Darlene and Charles Brantley of Pocasset, Deana and Delbert Taylor of Cole; brother and sister-in-law Charlie Jr. and Linda Jones of Rosepine, Louisiana and brother Paul Jones of Amber and sister-in-law Rebecca Jones of Amber; fourteen grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
 Interment was in Amber Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
