John Robert “Rob” Mallouf


A memorial service for John Robert “Rob” Mallouf, 56, of Chickasha, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023 in the First Baptist Church of Chickasha with Pastor Michael Butler officiating.

John Robert Mallouf, known to all as Rob, was born December 21, 1966 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Dannie Joe Mallouf and Marilyn Faye (Francis) Mallouf. He passed from this life on Friday, April 21, 2023 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Rob grew up in Chickasha and after graduating from Chickasha High School in 1985, he attended ECU and received two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. After graduation, he took a coaching position at ECU, where he led them to win their National Championship in football in 1993.

After college, Rob made a career as a car salesman, which he thrived at for more than 20 years. With his charismatic charm and his willingness to help people, he made an honorable and respectable name for himself in Oklahoma and across other states.

Rob loved all sports, but was especially passionate about football. He was an avid OU and Tom Brady fan. Rob was family oriented and he loved all his close ones dearly. His daughters and granddaughters forever hold a special place in his heart.

He was preceded in death by his father Dannie Mallouf.

Loved ones left to remember Rob are his daughters Amanda Mallouf of Blanchard and Reagan Mallouf and her partner Darrien Mack of Moore; granddaughters Sariah and Sienna Mallouf and Layton Mack; mother and step-father Marilyn and Terry Bridwell of Blanchard; brother Mikel Mallouf of Houston, Texas; nephew Blake Mallouf of Chickasha; uncles Jerry Mallouf and wife Barbara of Denton, Texas and Dale Roper of Fletcher; and other extended family and friends.

Services and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
