Missing Child at Risk

I have been in contact with Captain Jerre Lee Smith of the Muscogee Creek Nation Lighthorse. He informed me he is the lead investigator for the tribe on this case. He is requesting ERT personnel to assist with a grid search of this extremely rural area. He has also requested air support to assist with the search efforts. There are numerous agencies currently on the scene. Choctaw Nation, Chickasaw Nation, Creek Nation, DOC blood hounds, Tribal K9’s, Okfuskee County Emergency Management, Seminole County Emergency Management, Okmulgee County Emergency Management, District 22 DA office, FBI, State Troopers and more resources en route.

Major Joe Williams has been made aware of the situation and will be making decisions on what resources will be sent to this effort.

Although the story has changed since this morning at 6;30 AM, the last version goes like the following:

The missing child crawled into bed with his parents at approximately 1:30 AM. When the father woke up at 6:30 AM, he noticed the boy not in bed and nowhere to be found inside the home. He is reporting the child was required to defeat three locking mechanisms prior to opening an exterior door.

At this time investigators do not believe this to be an abduction.
