Jimmy “Bo” Dean Byron


 Jimmy “Bo” Dean Bryon was born Tuesday, March 27, 1962, in Wichita, KS, to Jerry and Patsy Lou (Vaught) Byron. Jimmy passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Duncan, at the age of 59.
 No services are planned at this time. All arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.
 He was a graduate of Rush Springs High School. Bo was raised by his grandparents, Calvin and Olena Spears, and lived in Rush Springs most of his life working as a plumber.
 Bo spent 20 years enjoying life with Gwendoline Jones. Bo later married Rhonda Gilley, July 17, 2009, in Hot springs, AR.
 He was a longtime member of Vimy Ridge Baptist church. He enjoyed carving rocks, fishing, traveling, and exploring. Bo was full of knowledge on the history of Rush Springs and loved telling stories. He could fix just about anything and would at least try if he couldn’t. Bo loved watching his kids and grandkids play sports. He loved his family and all the time spent with them. Bo will be missed by all.
 Bo was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Marty Reavis, granddaughter, Elliana Kay Pilkington, and grandparents, Olena and Calvin Spears.
 Survivors include wife Rhonda Byron of the home, 3 sons: John Eric Jones of Rush Springs, Micah Gilley of Sherman, TX, and Jayden Byron of Rush Springs, 4 daughters: Christel Crawford and husband Glen of Rush Springs, Miranda Henning and husband Sammy of Lawton, Chelsea Pilkingston and husband Patrick of Durant, and MyKayla Byron of Rush Springs, 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and sister Vicki Johnson of Chickasha.
