Clifford Dale Swift


 Clifford Dale Swift, 56, was born January 28, 1965 at Lawton Indian Hospital to Franklin Dale and Rochelle (Standing) Swift. He gained his wings on December 17, 2021 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK.
 Funeral services were held Thursday, December 23, 2021, at the Wichita Tribal Community Building in Anadarko. Interment was at Rock Springs Cemetery, Anadarko. Services under the direction of Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home, Anadarko.
 Clifford grew up at Gracemont, OK most of his life. He was a proud member of the Wichita Affiliated Tribe and the last youngest full blood Wichita member.
 Clifford married the love of life, Tina Lynn Chatkehoodle in 1983. They moved to Anadarko where he worked for the Wichita Tribe in Food Distribution. He worked his way up to serve as warehouse supervisor for thirty one years. Clifford continued to work until the time of his death. He met a lot of people there through work and outside of work.
 He was a Christian man and a strong believer in the Lord. His passion was playing the drums at his church, Rock Spring Indian Baptist Church. He never turned down an opportunity to play drums or wherever groups needed him, sing gospel hymns. Clifford had a birthday gospel singing for his mother, which now is an Annual Birthday Gospel singing event held in June. He enjoyed the annual gospel singing every year. His hobbies were watching the NFL, wrestling, and any kind of college sport. Clifford loved the bands Zapp and Gap, however mainly listened to gospel music. He will be missed because he never met a stranger and would always help those in need.
 He is preceded in death his father Franklin Dale Swift, sister baby girl Swift, his grandparents, Frank and Eunice Swift, Rev. George and Sadie Barnum Ross Standing.
 Clifford is survived by his wife, Tina Chatkehoodle of the home, daughter Mylie Nicole Swift of the home, son Joshua Swift and companion Paula Orduna of Anadarko, 1 granddaughter, special grandson, 2 great grandsons, special sisters, Kathy Vasquez and husband Joe, Anadarko, Ginger Anaotubby, Anadarko, Carol Joy Whiteshield Yater of Hamilton, OH, Edwin Horsechief and husband Tony Mejia, Anadarko, Johnetta Horsechief and companion Mike Paddlety, Anadarko, Terri Brown Parton, Anadarko, Beth Parker and husband Bruce Birch, Gracemont, mother-in-law Sandra Chatkehoodle, Carnegie and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
