Memorial services for Kathryn Weddle Bayne, 81, of Ninnekah, will be held at 10:30 a.m.  Monday, November 15, 2021 at the Ninnekah Cemetery.

Kathryn Weddle Bayne was born December 29, 1939 in Agawam, Oklahoma, the daughter of Grace (Lindsey) Campbell and Cecil (Dude) Berry.  She passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Kathryn graduated from Ninnekah High School in 1957.  She went on to own and operate Fritzi’s Liquor Store and the La Casa Club for the combined length of twenty plus years.  Kathryn loved to spend time at the lake water skiing, dancing and entertaining at her home. She was most generous always helping anyone that was down on their luck.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her mother Grace Campbell; father Cecil (Dude) Berry; Sister Jan Underwood; sons Aaron Moore and Chris Moore; husbands J.V. Moore, Donald Weddle, Bill Bayne and special friend Neal Hawthorn.

She is survived by daughter Lisa Prentiss and her husband Kent Prentiss of Sayre; daughter-in-law Rhonda Moore of Ninnekah, stepson Cliff Bayne of Ninnekah, bonus-daughter Paige and husband Dante Laws of Chickasha, and bonus-son Shane Hawthorn of Florida; granddaughters, Nena Morgan of Ninnekah and Summer Prentiss of Austin, Texas; grandsons and their wives Zachary and Kate Moore of Elgin, Cody and Lauryn Moore of Marlow, Travis and Cristina Moore of Fletcher, Brandon and Chelsea Miller of Sayre; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
