Jack Duane Mink


 Jack Duane Mink was born August 6, 1941 in Cement to Henry Willis Mink and Delia Sarah (Gamble) Mink. He died Friday, November 5, 2021 at his home in Blanchard, Oklahoma.
 Funeral services for Jack Duane Mink, 80, of Blanchard, formerly of Cement, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at the Cement First Baptist Church.
 Jack grew up in the Cement area and attended Cement schools.
 On June 1, 1960, he married Rayma “Kaye” Thompson in Cement, Oklahoma. They lived in Chickasha for a time and then settled in Cement, where they raised their sons.
 During Jack’s career, he was employed in the oilfield, Goodyear, and the egg plant in Chickasha. Later in life he enjoyed farming and raising cattle.
 Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the casino, playing with his dogs and playing with his great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He also attended the New Home Full Gospel Church.
 Jack was preceded in death by both parents; wife Kaye; siblings, Clifford Mink, Hearl Mink, Don Ray Mink, Donald Mink, Ronald Mink, Brenda Mink Stephens, Helen Mink Scribner and Donna Sue Mink Seeley; niece and nephews, Janet Mink Scribner, Barry Jo Mink and Mark Scribner.
 Survivors include his two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Brenda Mink of Alex; Richard and Shelly Mink of Cement; two sisters, Sandy Mink Cogburn, of Cyril and Jane Mink Smiley, of Cement; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
 Interment will be in Cement Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
