Maxine Wolfe, 78, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was born July 29, 1943 to Vernon Perdansophy and Myrtle Berry Perdansophy. She passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at her home in Tulsa.
 Maxine attended the Ft. Sill Indian School. She was married to Elton Stumblingbear for over 40 years. She was later married to Virgil Wolfe.
 Maxine was a housewife with many hobbies that included: beadworking, traveling, camping, participating at pow-wows, playing hand games and spending time with her family.
 She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tennyson and Anna (Jones) Berry, her parents, Vernon and Myrtle Perdansophy, her late husbands, Elton Stumblingbear and Virgil Wolfe, her siblings, Arlen Perdansophy Jr. and Lucinda Pueblo, her son, Andrew Stumblingbear and grandson, Brandon (Sonny) Stumblingbear,
 Survivors include her children: Roger Van Perdansophy of Anadarko Ok, Robert A. Stumblingbear of Anadarko OK, Vernon F. Stumblingbear of Longview, Texas, Randy W. Stumblingbear of Fletcher, OK, Mary A. Stumblingbear of Tulsa, Micheal Stumblingbear of Lawton, OK, numerous nieces and nephews, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a multitude of friends she considered as her second family.
 Services were at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Anadarko on Tuesday, October 5. Burial was at Cache Creek Cemetery west of Apache.
