Everett Breck Hulsey


 Breck was born on January 27, 1953, to Everett and Effie Lou Hulsey in Chickasha, OK and passed from his life on September 25, 2021 in Chickasha, OK.
 A service celebrating the life of Everett Breck Hulsey, 68, of Chickasha, OK was held privately.
 Breck was born and raised in Chickasha and he graduated from Chickasha High School in 1971. After graduating high school, he attended USAO and played baseball.
 After his time at USAO, Breck married his first wife and had two children.
 During the years after USAO he worked in welding supply and wholesale produce. Breck moved to Texas and while there he owned a Bar-B-Que restaurant, The Rib Ranch in Fort Worth. Breck then moved to Altus, OK and was the owner of Rib Rangler, another Bar-B-Que restaurant, before returning to TX and working at Quebecor for over ten years.
 Breck returned to his hometown of Chickasha, OK around fifteen years ago, where he worked delivering Kitty’s Chicken across Oklahoma and Texas.
 Breck met his future wife and four years later they were married.
 Six years ago, Breck got certified as a pilot car driver and spent the last years of his life driving across the United States with his loving wife. They looked forward to their trips to Savannah, GA, where they would spend a few days eating delicious food and taking in the sights.
 Breck had a life-long love for baseball, which began with his dad coaching his little league team, The Dodgers. Breck played high school and college baseball and loved watching baseball on television. Breck also enjoyed playing golf and could be found on a golf course on most beautiful days. During OU football season, Breck could be found planted in front of a television watching his favorite team. Breck also enjoyed fishing and was known for telling stories about his great catches. Breck was known for his fun-loving and jokester personality.
 Breck is preceded in death by both parents and brother, Bob.
 He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Hulsey, his daughter Erica Hulsey of Blanchard, OK, son Dustin Hulsey of New York City, NY, sister Jerry Lou and husband Bruce Caddel of Irving, TX, 4 grandsons and his best friend Eddie Kell.
 Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
