Washita Valley Action Council receives help from FNBT

Low-cost transportation to the doctor, pharmacy or grocery store is a service that helps many Grady County residents in need.
The Washita Valley Action Council operates a local transportation service that got a $1,500 grant from The First National Bank & Trust Co. on Thursday.
Receiving the funds are Darla Morse and Challena Franks (center). Presenting the check were VP Bank Managers Sharon Bowman (left) and Beverly White. Public transit in rural areas earns limited grant funding, so local donations really help.
