    “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHICH STRENGTHENETH ME.”  -Philippians 4:13.  This is one of my favorite scriptures and I have always loved it, even when I really didn’t understand it for many years.  Sometimes we have to grow in faith, pray, and listen to His voice before we can get the true revelation that God wants us to get from His Word. 

      Many years ago, as a young adult, God spoke to me in a dream.  I dreamed I was preaching in a large auditorium to a large crowd of people.  I awoke and thought about what a weird dream that was; Me, a preacher?  I literally laughed about such an idea!!  But God was patient with me and many years later I humbled myself, became obedient to the Lord, and started Cowboy Country Church.  Oh, how I wish I had gone into the ministry when God first called me!

      I would like to encourage you not to say, “I CAN’T” when God tells you to do something.  To be spiritually successful you must do two things.  First, you must listen to God’s voice and pay very close attention to what He says.  Do not fear, do not doubt, and do not worry because those things are tools Satan uses to destroy your faith!  Second, Do not hesitate to be obedient to what God has told you to do; No matter what He says, no matter what you think.  Just remember that your

Heavenly Father really does know what’s best.  Can you do it? YES!!  eavenly FatherH

Because  Philippians 4:13 is the Word of God and it is absolutely true.  God will give you the strength to do what he has called you to do.  Like Paul, you to “CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST”.  All things are possible with Faith, obedience, love, power, and God’s Word.  May the Lord richly bless you.
