This week’s pet of the week is Snowbird, a female German Sheppard. Snowbird is great with other dogs and kids, but has a strong distaste for felines, so pairing with a cat could cause problems.

 Friends Fur Change is an animal rescue association that takes in dogs and cats who may otherwise be euthanized, and ensures that they are spayed and neutered.
 Also the group conducts interviews with potential adopters to help find the perfect furever homes. The group is highly dependent on local community support and the two very passionate employees who donate their time and the land on which the animals are sheltered.
