Porch Pirates snafu offered by local police

Porch Pirates seem to show up this time of year when on line shoppers are having Christmas presents delivered to their homes, and the pirates like to follow the delivery truck and take advantage of packages left on citizens porches and door steps while they are away.
 The Chickasha Police Department is offering to be a safe package delivery location for local residents. Due to space limitations, your are asked to not have refrigerators, riding lawn mowers or similarly large sized packages sent to the Police Departments office, as there is not space available for those size objects.
 Packages should be addressed as follows;

  1. Your name or whoever will be picking up the package;
  2. % Chickasha Police Department
  3. 2001 W. Iowa Ave
  4. Chickasha, OK 73018

 Please track your own packages as no one from the police department will have time to call or notify you of its arrival.
 Pick up times will be from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Dont forget to bring your ID. Packages will not be released to someone who is not listed on the shipping label.
 If you must have your packages delivered to your residence, please try to have a location where the delivery person is able to hide or blend the package in so the package is not as visible to anyone passing by.
 Of course, it is always preferable to have someone at home to accept deliver immediately from the driver.
